If at the beginning Gitana winery consisted of only 20 employees, now the number of employees exceeds two hundred. A great part of the workers are inhabitants from the neighbourhood. They participate at harvesting grapes and their processing. Each of them has years of experience in traditional techniques of wine production. Besides workers, the team has also technicians, professional vintners, managers etc.
Tiganca winery took the entire responsibility of creating Gitana wines and to transform every drop of wine in a form of art and seduction of flavour. Every member of this team, whether vineyard worker, vintner, technician, driver or manager works so as to perpetuate the traditions of Moldovan people and to offer the consumer a quality and special final product.
